Introduction

Join as a Project Manager in defence and security technology. You manage complex high-tech projects in an advanced engineering environment. You oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery, working with international stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams. You ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to strict quality and defence standards, directly contributing to safety and operational effectiveness.

About this role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end execution of technical projects within the defence and security domain. You ensure that all project elements come together smoothly and that objectives are achieved within scope, schedule, and quality requirements.

  • Define, monitor, and adjust project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, including expediting materials and components.
  • Oversee inspection and compliance processes according to military and high-tech quality standards.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage overall project progress.
  • Maintain close communication with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting structures.

You are a structured and proactive professional who thrives in a technical and dynamic environment. You easily engage with multiple stakeholders and maintain oversight, even in complex and multidisciplinary projects. You combine a hands-on mentality with strong communication skills and know how to connect people and processes to achieve results.


In addition, you have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment.
  • Experience with planning, resource management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong command of English; Dutch is an advantage.
